No Problem. We do not charge for samples when request is accompanied by a UPS or FedEx #.

Terms

Visa, MasterCard or American Express are accepted for payment. All orders shipped COD unless prepaid or credit is previously approved. If on Credit: Terms are Net 30. A charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance will be charged for any payments over the 30 day period.

Pricing Set Up & Art Fees

Imprinted Price includes one color one location imprint. Normal imprint area is 4" x 3". Larger imprint areas ae subject to additional charges when possible to enlarge art, large die is 5" x 3". Charge is $80 [R].

Hot-Stamping (Minimum 120 Pieces)
A Die charge of $65.00 [R] is required on all orders. There is no die charge on additional orders as long as artwork remains the same. Dies are stored for a period of one year from date of last use.

Multi-Color Printing (Minimum 240 Pieces)
Screen and Plate setup is $65.00 [R] per color. Re-seup is $40.00 [R].
Each additional Color, Location, or over normal imprint size please add $.50 [R] each.
PMS Color Matches $30.00 [R].
Co-op or self-promo pricing is available.

Orders

All orders must be Faxed, Mailed or Emailed. No phone orders accepted.
Orders will be acknowledged by Fax, or Email.

Proofs & Samples

Pre-production samples are available for Hot Stamping for $35.00 [R] plus set up charges and  freight. 
Pre-production samples for Multi Color Printing are only available with an orderas production starts.  Cost is $35.00 [R] plus set up charges and freight.
Samples totaling more than $5.00 net are charged at End column pricing plus freight.
Samples less than $5.00 net are free when accompanied by UPS, FedEx account number for shipping.

Shipping and Production

Production time is approximately 10 working days for hot stamping, 15 working days for pad printing after art approval. Rush orders are usually no extra charge. We will do our best to accomodate your needs. Delivery will depend on inventory and time required to make dies or screens/plates. Call for product availability.

Artwork

Hot-Stamping (Minimum Quantity 120 Pieces)
Camera Ready Black & White Artwork is required. If suitable artwork is not supplied art charges of $75 per hour will be charged. Artwork can be sent via Email to: art@epolycorp.com.

Muli Color Art (Minimum Quantity 240 Pieces)
Format: Vector based, outlned form [EPS, AI, CDR].
Email artwork to: art@epolycorp.com
Please include Company Name, Purchase Order and ASI, PPAI or Sage number.
Convert All Fonts to Outlines. Color separations must be provided.
Purchase Orders mst contain a copy of the artwork.
Please Note: The quality of the artwork determines the quality of the printing.

Custom Overseas Orders

Custom overseas orders are available. We can match any PMS color as long as minimums for that item is met. Call for details. 50% down payment is required on all custom orders. Normal lead-time is 8-12 weeks after receipt of artwork and down payment.

Returns

No returns are accepted on Imprinted Merchandise without a Return Authorization. A 15% restocking fee will apply to any returns on blank goods plus any freight charges.
No returns accepted after 30 days of shipping.
